Delete Your Plezi Account

Plezi accounts are optional — you can browse without one. If you created an account (to sync your saved venues), you can permanently delete it and its data at any time, directly in the app. This page applies to the Plezi consumer app (Google Play, App Store, and app.plezi.net), published by Plezi Nightlife, LLC.

How to delete your account

Open the Plezi app (or visit app.plezi.net in a browser) and sign in.

Tap the account button (👤) in the top-right corner.

Tap "Delete account", then confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in email, your display name and profile, your saved venues (favorites), and any notification device registrations. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — signing in again later creates a brand-new, empty account.

What is kept

Nothing tied to your identity. Anonymized operational records (such as aggregate counts and short-lived error logs used to keep the service running) are not linked to your deleted account.

Partial deletion without deleting your account

You can remove individual data at any time without deleting the account: un-heart a venue to remove it from your saved list, and turn off "Notify me" in the account sheet to delete your device’s notification registration.
